Returns and Exchanges
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with your sales receipt, for store credit or refund. We value your business and will do whatever we can, within reason, to make sure that you are happy with the products you purchase from The Windsurfing Shed.

After 30 days, all sales are final.
When sending an item back, please include a copy of your receipt and a brief description of what you would like us to do (issue a credit back your account, exchange the item for another size, etc).
What about returning used products?
Used merchandise brought back for return within 30 days may be taken back soley at the discretion of The Windsurfing Shed. The value of used merchandise will be determined at the discretion of The Windsurfing Shed. The windsurfing shed reserves the right to refuse any used merchandise for return.
Can I return a product that was a special order?
Special order items that The Windsurfing Shed does not normally stock may be returned soley at the discretion of The Windsurfing Shed. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
Warranty Claims:
All goods supplied by The Windsurfing Shed benefit from the warranty given by the manufacturer, generally one (1) year.
Warranty claims will be processed in the shortest time upon receipt of photographs of the faulty product with a short description of the incident.
